For example, when you register an account with Transfitnation, we collect and maintain your account information such as login name, password, email address and contact information. When you sign up for training services, we collect information submitted through our lifestyle assessment and waiver, such as your health screening information, eating and exercise habits, and fitness goals. Transfitnation may also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your Postal Code, age, gender, preferences, and interests. Transfitnation will not delete customer information other than upon customer request. However, Transfitnation reserves the right to delete customer information for members with a free account status at any time.

Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by Transfitnation. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times, operating system, cookie information, referring website addresses, and Internet Service Provider. Transfitnation also collects geolocation information based on visitors’ IP addresses. Transfitnation does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.

5. For California Residents
